COSORI JUNI is an SCA Certified Home Brewer that automates genuine pour-over coffee technique using a retractable nozzle and rotating basket to produce three barista-style pour patterns— spiral, circular, and center— with laminar-flow water delivery and a vibrating basket for even extraction. An AI-powered recipe system scans the bean bag to build a recipe matched to those specific beans, and a taste feedback loop lets the user rate acidity, sweetness, bitterness, and body after each cup so the machine refines the next brew accordingly. Four brew modes range from one-touch AI Generation and Quick Brew to Scheduled Brew and fully manual Barista Mode with control over temperature, water flow, and timing. The open basket design keeps the brewing process visible, audible, and aromatic— the bloom rises, the water pours in a smooth stream, and the coffee bed flattens— turning the morning cup into a sensory experience rather than a black-box process.
