Its sensors read your brain activity and use that feedback to adjust the audio as you wind down. Low-frequency AuthenticBeats rhythms blend with your chosen SubTone background sound, creating a listening experience that responds throughout the session. The core sensing and sound-generation loop runs on the headband after setup in the LumiMind App. An adjustable band, soft dry electrodes, and cushioned ear sections are designed for comfortable use in bed, including side-lying positions. A double press activates ReSleep to restart guidance during the night, while the battery supports up to 12 hours of use with up to two hours of SleepGuide audio and overnight EEG monitoring.
