PeaCut2.0 is a capsule-sized titanium EDC box cutter that lives on a keychain yet handles the small cutting tasks that fill a day— packages, tape, cardboard, labels, plastic wrap, and string. A redesigned two-way bolt-action mechanism requires a deliberate two-direction movement before the blade can deploy, adding a safety step while keeping one-handed operation quick and satisfying, and a dedicated safety lock prevents unwanted blade movement in the pocket. The blade is a precision-ground reverse tanto in heat-treated 440C steel, with a reinforced tip for confident piercing and concentrated force for cleaner, more precise cuts. A CNC-machined Grade 5 titanium body and optional glow-in-the-dark elements rated up to 25 years round out the build.
