MicroFin Carabiners are designed with a tension lock that provides a mechanical advantage for pulling in and locking off tension. These carabiners are currently in the final stages of design and production, with the goal of forging them out of aluminum and anodizing them. The aluminum flat spool features of the MicroFins are designed to work with paracord and paramax, and include tumbled serrations, a jam cleat, thumb loop release, starting hole, tension rod storage, storage rack, and auxiliary cord handle. These versatile carabiners can be used for a variety of purposes, such as securing a rain fly, tying down lumber, or clipping gear. With support, a production run will be funded to bring these innovative carabiners to your front door.
